Dark sky site.

We went out to a dark sky site tonight with camera and tripod. And took a few snaps.
It was by the Ramsbury Ale shed just outside Ramsbury.

All the shots below are single 20 or 30sec exposures. Excuse the power cables.

Loads of Stars

I finished the evening by wedging my Canon 400D on the scope and taking this 2 minute exposure in the general area of the milky-way.

This is a re-process of my earlier Milkyway image this month.

There's a lot of stars up there.
